Creating a New Course?

CAPA (Course Approval Process Automation) is UGA's system for course approval. If you have a new course or changes to an existing one, this is the system to use to receive approval. Please note that there are deadlines for submitting course information, and courses must follow specific guidelines for naming and descriptions. The CAPA website provides full details if you have any questions.

Visit the CAPA Website

(Note: Login is required; if you need access, please email Matt Head.)

Want to Reserve a Van?

To reserve a van for class, please provide the date, destination and expected number of people per trip to the Warnell Vehicle Shop (706-542-1202). Given the high demand for vans, it's important to provide this information as soon as you can. The Whitehall Vehicle Shop hours are 7:30-10 a.m. and 2:30-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on UGA holidays. Have additional questions? Email Brad Smith.
