The self-reported status of our forestry graduates, collected at the time of graduation or shortly thereafter, suggests that many began either permanent or temporary employment in the field of forestry (or closely related fields) shortly after graduation.

Continued career tracking indicates that 63% of the people who successfully completed our forestry program between 2016 and 2019 have acquired permanent jobs in the field of forestry or have returned to graduate school to pursue a Master's degree. The jobs obtained include: Consulting Forester, Forester, Land Manager, Safety and Compliance Associate, Forest Technician, Inventory Technician, Procurement Forester, Fiber Supply Technician, Procurement Forester, Arborist, and Forestry Specialist. Graduates have acquired these positions in the Southeast (Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama) and elsewhere. Some of the employers of our recent undergraduates include:
