Introduction Live. Learn. Work. Play! Plumas Conservation Restoration and Education in Watersheds (P-CREW) Youth Corps is a residential and fully immersive paid summer job for youth from across Northern California. P-CREW Youth Corps crews live and camp together while working on meaningful restoration projects, participating in outdoor activities on the weekends, and deepening their connection to the land and water. This program was designed to engage and empower youth to become stewards of the land through paid work on conservation projects, educational lessons on ecology and sustainable outdoor recreation, social and emotional learning activities, and building lasting friendships within their crew.
