Are you ready for a weekend of fun, friends and football?
Join us Oct. 18-19 as we celebrate UGA’s Homecoming, Warnell style. The weekend includes plenty of opportunities to reconnect with fellow students and former faculty, visit campus, and even take in a football game (limited tickets still available).
Kick it off with golf …
The weekend kicks off at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, with the annual Parker Memorial Golf Tournament. Spend the day enjoying the UGA Golf Course and also help to raise money for the Robert J. Warren Graduate Fellowship. As a bonus, all donations will be matched, up to $25,000 total, by the Parker family. Learn more about the golf tournament or register today.
Have dinner with friends …
Enjoy Whitehall Forest in the fall when you join us for our annual Homecoming Dinner. The event takes place at Flinchum’s Phoenix (650 Phoenix Road). Come at 6:15 for drinks and socializing, and our barbecue dinner begins at 6:45 p.m. Families and significant others are welcome; please purchase or reserve your seats in advance so we can plan accordingly!
Enjoy a tailgate …
Of course, Homecoming Weekend also includes a Georgia football game. Join us 3 hours prior to kickoff for a tailgate at the Mary Kahrs Warnell Garden next to Warnell. There is no charge to attend if you register in advance ($10 to attend on the day of).
We also have a limited number of football tickets available for the Georgia vs. Kentucky game. Please email Kathryn Snipes for ticket information.
