Primary tasks include research measures, research study installation and maintenance, timber cruising, timber sale preparation, harvesting inspections, silvicultural activity oversight, prescribed burning, hunt lease work, boundary line maintenance, tree breeding, and orchard management work, seedling delivery, gate installation, tractor work, and other tasks. The job includes occasional weekend work during busy or high-demand seasons. This position is generally a 45-50 hour/week assignment with moderate travel.
