Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management (fall ’24) Hometown: Alpharetta, Georgia Why did you choose your Warnell major? I am a former summer camp kid who fell in love with the outdoors and saw the power that human connection has on people’s well being. Protecting the lands that we recreate on and providing equal opportunities for everyone to get outside are passions that I turned into my life goals. My major allows me to weave these experiences and interests into a dream career. What's one thing you want your fellow students to know about you? I love to spend time outside, which is very on-brand, but I also love the music scene in Athens and am looking forward to concerts at the Georgia Theatre this fall.
