Forest Technician - Primary duty will be timber cruising, Primary work area is north Florida and Southeast Georgia.
A minimum of an Associate' degree in Forest Technology is preferred, but experience level will also be considered. Experience with prescribed fire is preferred. Applicants must be in good physical shape and be prepared to work in the forest in a wide range of site and weather conditions. Familiarity with common technology is desired (data recorders, data transfer, basic computer skills).
The Forestry Company has been in business for 24 years and is located in Perry, FL - residency in Perry is not required.
