The Georgia 4-H Environmental Education Program has locations across the state of Georgia. The program is a residential environmental education program that serves K-12th graders from the Southeast. Classes focus on ecology, living history, teambuilding, and outdoor skills. Each Georgia 4-H Center has its own unique ecosystem and charm. Staff work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend groups. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a genuine interest in child development. Commitment, genuine interest in working with children, creativity, flexibility, well developed communication skills, leadership ability; a background in Education, Natural Science, Environmental Education, Biology, Forestry, Outdoor Education, or related fields preferred.
Spring season runs late February through May. Fall Season runs August through December.
