Provides record maintenance, organization, and coordination of the Marsh and Shore Management Program documents and files. Organizes and coordinates meeting for the Coastal Marshland Protection and Shore Protection Committees.
Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience. OR Four years of related experience.
- Experience with creating and maintaining a filing system Experience in tracking and maintaining budget, expense, and maintenance reports
- Experience in database management and webpage management
- Experience with standard office equipment and administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Professional software programs
- Excellent internal/external communication and customer service skills
