The Charles Terrell memorial Timber Farm consists of 1,018 acres located in the lower coastal plain of southwest Georgia. The property is broken into three tracts containing 708, 250, and 60 acres. The forest is primarily pine plantation, with some pine hardwood, upland hardwood, natural pine, and bottomland hardwood. All three tracts are located in northern Grady County, and are surrounded by privately owned farms and timberlands. This farm, deeded to the School by Charles W. Terrell in 1990, is managed for teaching, research, service and outreach, and to generate revenue for the School.
