I know I'm using the right password - why can't I log onto my computer/email/contacts administration? |

At Warnell you have at least 3 passwords:
Computer the password for your PC it can be the same or different than your network password if you want to automatically log in to the network when you log into your computer, check the box to synchronize passwords when you first log in after changing your network password Network used to log into your PC if you don't have "Workstation Only" checked on login screen gives you access to shared drives (your Home folder, class folders, etc) and the contacts/faculty bios administration pages GroupWise used to log into your email can be the same as the Network password or different automatically resets when you reset your network password Failed login attempts are often due to not resetting your password every 6 months so it has expired using your GroupWise password to log into the network or vice-versa when you reset your network password, it automatically resets your GroupWIse password to the same thing. (You can change your GroupWise password to something different through your email client). |
