The University has developed a guide for flu-related questions concerning faculty and staff. Issues such as what to do if you have no more sick leave and if you can claim FMLA for flu illnesses are covered.

New insurance cards are in every Warnell state vehicle. If you are traveling in a personal vehicle on state business, you must have one in your car. Download available in story.

There is a new document that explains just what you need to do to get travel approved, when you are eligible for a per diem, and what reimbursement rates are for meals.

Year end deadlines are between June 10 and June 18 for Fiscal Year 2009, depending on types of purchases.

On February 1, 2009, the University was informed that the State Accounting Office had updated the mileage reimbursement rates for travel by state-owned or personal vehicles.
