Very Important: Next year, we will be completing staff evaluations using iPAWS, an on-line system. In order to do so, the UGA database will have to be populated with job-descriptions for each position. I am preparing a job description for each of your supervised staff in the format provided in the attached Word document. There is plenty of space in each field for your use and you can divide an individual’s job duties into a total of up to 8 tasks and assign percentages to each totaling 100%. Save each job description using the person’s name and email to me.  This will of tremendous help to us in getting approximately 100 job-descriptions up-to-date in the iPAWS system.
