Final Reminders ...
- Completed paperwork must be received in the Fiscal Office one week prior to employment.
- We cannot process unsigned timesheets by the employee and/or supervisor or receive time via e-mail. Please note that it is okay to fax signed timesheets to the fiscal office and follow it up with the original for our files. (See memo dated AUGUST 9, 2004)
- Supervisors must not sign and date timesheets before employee.
- Hours must be listed for each day's work and they cannot exceed 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
