Where does your money go?

Without alumni & friends like you, we would not be able to provide our students and faculty with outstanding academic programs and opportunities.

• School Activities: student recruiting, faculty recruiting & retaining, meetings to encourage outside grants to the School, and supplies and equipment for staff needs.
• Scholarships & Assistantships: Warnell offers scholarship and fellowship support to attract and assist promising students. Warnell awards more than $110,000 in scholarships and more than $768,000 in graduate assistantships every year! Approximately 40% of Warnell students receive financial aid.
• Faculty Support: Although faculty recieve grant funding, additional money provided by donor gifts allow them to dive deeper into their research.
• Maintaining Facilities: 4 campus classroom/office buildings, 4 statewide outreach centers, laboratories, the 740-acre Whitehall forest in Athens and more than 22,000 forested acres across the state are used for teaching, research, and service activities.
• Programs: You can help provide support to create and enhance Warnell’s programs, both school-wide and program-specific.
